1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between ba555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user", "player"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus programs, and promotional offers on ba555.

1.1 Definitions

  • Account: A user's registered personal profile used to access the platform's services.
  • Wallet Balance: The amount of real money held in an account.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

To use ba555's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ba555 may request valid identification for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

ba555 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted access, and guardians are urged to remain vigilant.

2.2 One Account per User

Each user may open and operate only one account. If the same person, device, IP address, or household member creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be voided.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Password & Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ba555 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used to deposit funds into the account. Requests to withdraw through a different method will not be accepted.

3.3 Transaction Verification

ba555 reserves the right to verify identity, age, and ownership of the payment method before processing any transaction. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the transaction may be suspended and the relevant authorities notified.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at ba555 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a set expiry period — if not used within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • A user may not claim the same offer more than once.
  • Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
  • ba555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

ba555's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0%. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their participation and consistency of play.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

ba555 is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated by certified software providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the impartiality of game outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Playing with the aid of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting any technical flaw or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Colluding with other users during play.

5.3 Technical Issues

6 Restricted Regions & Persons

  • Providing a false identity or false information.
  • Fraudulent activity or system abuse.
  • Failure to cooperate with a legitimate verification process.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

Any user may close their account voluntarily. Contact the support team to do so. A request to withdraw any remaining balance may be submitted before the account is closed, subject to the Terms.
